Important policies for court reservations and facility use

Court Reservations

Advance Booking

Tennis courts can be reserved up to 2 days in advance through Playbypoint.

Payment Policy

No individual payments - all payments must be made by court/group reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. Cancellations can be done in the Playbypoint App or by calling the desk.

Professional Guidelines

PTC Pros Only

Only PTC professional instructors may teach on these premises. No private lessons by non-PTC pros.

Independent Contractors

All professional instructors are independent contractors. Contact each pro directly for lessons and camps.

Facility Access

Professional instruction is available during all operating hours. Check with individual pros for availability.

Official PTC Merchandise Return Policy

  1. Any items wanting to be returned must have original receipt and manufacturer labels; no exceptions

  2. All items must be unwashed and in original condition

  3. Returns must be done within 30 days of original sale

  4. Sale items may not be returned

Racquet Stringing

  1. We guarantee the quality of our materials and services

  2. Customers may provide their own string; reels must be labeled

  3. Racquets with custom tension requests will be strung to that exact tension; playability cannot be guaranteed.

  4. Ask for a ticket and receipt when you pay for this service; when picking up racquets, the stringing ticket and receipt will need to be presented. No exceptions.

  5. Typical turnaround is three to four days; sooner if not busy, longer if we have many requests.

  6. Cracked and/or damaged racquets that are considered unsafe will not be strung and returned.

  7. Racquets left here to be strung must be picked up within 60 days, or will be donated to local youth programs.
